Aveiro 2024 hosts the show “Galochas”
Aveiro 2024 – Portuguese Capital of Culture (Aveiro 2024) presents the dance show “Galochas” on January 14th, at 11am and 4pm, at Teatro Aveirense. This creation by Martina Griewank Ambrózio for families promises to captivate adults and children.
“Galochas” brings to the stage two dancers who go on a journey and communicate with the public through movement, instead of words, using this type of footwear. In this show, galoshes are much more than boots worn by the dancers, expanding their world with each step taken, in a constant awakening of creativity.
Show included in the Aveiro em Família participation program, an educational service strategy for Aveiro 2024, aimed at all age groups, with the aim of involving different generations in cultural enjoyment and ensuring the formation of audiences.
